This type of problem has been encountered many times before, usually in old equipment or when debugging new equipment. Today's customer's input shaft was broken. For DS-type splitters, the input shaft must be subjected to force to ensure horizontality, and the output shaft must be subjected to force to ensure verticality. There are also cases where the output shaft is broken.

When the internal bearing of the divider is not broken but the input shaft or output shaft is broken, it is most likely caused by unreasonable force. When repairing old equipment or installing and debugging new equipment, be sure to measure the horizontality and verticality.
