Recently, I encountered a case during a customer visit. After the customer fixed the disc, the disc surface was not level, and the high point and the low point were very different. I am very grateful to this friend for his feedback and for taking a video on the spot to analyze the problem together.
Personal analysis shows that there are several reasons for the above phenomenon:
1. The cam divider flange surface is not level;
Second: The surface of the large disc fixed to the partition is uneven;
3. The bottom platform supporting the cam divider is not level, or is deformed after bearing a certain weight;
Four: The height of the tooling around is inconsistent. I personally think of the above four possibilities.
As a cam divider manufacturer , we have done relevant tests on the dividers before they leave the factory. When the problem occurred, we actively communicated with the customer with a positive attitude, and the customer also cooperated very well, providing relevant videos and pictures of on-site tests. After communicating with the customer, we sent the divider back to the factory for re-testing.
The following video uses the three-coordinate detection process:
Cam divider flange runout test
After the above two tests, all indicators of the cam divider are within the normal range. After that, we communicated with the customer to send the divider back and then checked several other items.
Finally, I would like to thank this friend again for his patience in communicating and analyzing the problem together.
