Recently, a customer in Guangzhou reported a problem: the cam divider is connected to the motor, but after the motor is powered on, the divider cannot rotate and there is a strange sound, as if a foreign object is stuck. The customer asked what happened and how to deal with it?

After receiving the customer's feedback, we first asked the customer to disassemble the divider and the motor, use the handwheel to rotate the input shaft of the divider alone, and manually test the cam divider alone. There was no problem with the handwheel rotating the divider, and the remaining problem was the motor or the motor wiring problem. In addition, this customer used a 110 stepper motor to drive a 70DA six-station cam divider.

After the customer replaced the motor, the test was normal.
