There are two points to note when using the cam divider :

It is strictly forbidden to crash the car, that is, when the large disc is stuck by foreign objects, the motor still has power output. In this way, the motor passes through the lever of the reducer and then through the double lever effect from the center of the cam divider to the edge of the disc. The needle bearing inside the divider is easily damaged. In severe cases, it directly causes the needle bearing shaft to break; ensure the static position start and stop. Some people call it the static position, also known as the start-stop position, the initial position, different regions, different periods, different names, but they all refer to the same position.

Today, we will take the most common flange-type single-lead cam divider as an example to understand the static position of the cam divider.

As shown in the figure above, pay attention to the state of the keyway of the divider input shaft, which is horizontal toward the A end. This is the center of the static position. On this basis, the static position of the divider is within a certain range, and this range is the static angle of the divider. For example, the third group of parameters 270 of 140DF-6-270R refers to the drive angle, because a circle is 360 degrees, then 360 degrees minus 270 degrees of the drive angle will give a static angle of 90 degrees. The range of 45 degrees above and below the center of the static position belongs to the static position.
