Recently, during a customer return visit, I encountered a case where the disc was not level after the customer fixed it, and the high point and low point were very different. I am very grateful to this friend for his feedback and for taking a video on the spot to analyze the problem together.

There are many reasons why the cam divider shakes during rotation. Today's case is the synchronous belt connection, and the connection distance is too long and the synchronous belt is too loose, causing shaking.

I wanted to share this machine adjustment case a long time ago, but I didn't have the right materials, so I never compiled it. Today, I encountered this kind of problem again, so I borrowed the materials sent by the customer to share it. During the assembly and debugging of the new machine, a customer reported that after the large disc was fixed to the cam divider, the holes on the disc did not match the holes on the tooling, as shown in the video below:

The cam divider has broken shaft after using it for a period of time. For the DS series divider, both the input shaft and the output shaft are broken. For other series dividers, the input shaft is mainly broken. What is going on? How to solve it?
The reasons for the broken shaft can be roughly divided into three categories: quality problems or production process problems. For example, high-frequency processing during the production process reduces the original toughness and causes the broken shaft. The probability of this situation is very low. The cam divider has a history of more than 20 years in the mainland, and the technology in this area is very mature, so the probability of this situation is relatively low.

How to remove the flat key from the keyway on the cam divider? Some customers will ask this question. It is more intuitive to directly show a video than to explain it in words.

How to deal with the deviation of each station when adjusting the cam divider? If there is a misalignment, you can find a way to remedy it. Make several holes in the fixed disc and the cam divider flange surface into arcs. After finding the corresponding position, make a few more positioning cuts on the large disc and the cam divider flange surface, and then tighten it with screws.
